Course fees and cancelling
Enrolment to the course is binding and demands payment of the course fee. We do not return course fees.
The bill is at its earliest sent after the first class, except for short courses.
Cancelling
has to be done to the office tel. 5056 274 or through e-mail, petra [at] kauniainen.fi, not to the teacher.Cancelling has to be done no later than five weekdays before the course begins. After that, we will charge the whole course fee.
Discounts
Unemployed get a 50% discount by showing the KELA decision about job market benefits in the office no later than the same day the course begins. After that, you cannot receive the discount. Unemployment must be proven at the beginning of every term.The headmaster can approve a 50% discount also because of other social reasons. Students or pupils studying in Kauniainen receive a 50%discount if the course is counted for their studies.
Discount is not granted for course fees of 12 euros or less. Discount is not granted for courses at self-cost price (M/U), Open University courses or courses in cooking.
The course can also be paid with Sportti- or Kulttuuripassi when signing up on the internet.
