(VETUMA-identification, with its own bank identifiers, enables parents to apply for day care places via the web, to consent to the highest daycare fee in proportion to the day care hours, to give notice of cancellation of day care or to change contact information. VETUMA can be used by families with a child in day care in Kauniainen, that is to say that the family’s particulars can be found in the day care system.)
